Our waitlist form collects the necessary information for the first stage of enrollment at KPSquared Inc. All personal information collected is confidential to KPSquared Inc. and stored in an encrypted database. Additional information provided helps KPSquared Inc. identify the specific demographics, psychographics, wants, needs, and experiences of families in Fort McMurray. General statistics and qualitative data collected will remain anonymous and have no risk of identification. KPSquared reserves the right to use submission answers anonymously with identifying information rendered to illustrate the challenges and demand in child care. This information allows us to identify problems with traditional child care services and better serve our clients.

Our 'Connect With Us Form' allows the user to directly send an inquiry through our website. Personal information collected will be used to reply and address each inquiry. Inquires will be stored in an encrypted database. Inquires will be stored and utilized to address trends, such as repetitive questions, so we can better server our users.

Data Security, Accuracy and Modification

All information collected is directly from the user consenting and submitting forms on our website. We do not use cookies to track users information and we do not embed third party cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Personal information is sent via HTTPS encrypted requests to our database where the data is encrypted and stored. All users have the right to contact admin@kpsquared.ca at anytime to request their personal information and to modify or delete their information.

We will only contact users via email who have consented to news updates, waiting list information and general inquires. Information that is no longer necessary, from our reasons of collection above, will be erased or rendered anonymous.

We reserve the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at anytime. We will notify our users when changes occur and display the updated date at the top of this Policy.
